Everything moves around the atmospherics of a store, if it looks good, people will buy from it, if it’s boring people will leave. As an owner you need to try an establish positive feelings of curiosity, excitement, and comfort. You could add to your store some chairs, mirrors, pics, colors, not to bright but not to low, however you always need to remember your first objective is to grab a consumer’s attention.

A personal example is when I went to visit a store that selled jellery, I got in and this store was completely black, I got a bad felling a lost my “wanting to buy”.
Some stores shouldn’t be black, they should be blue, or white or another color but not black. I propose them to add chairs, lose the black, try to make it feel like home inside.
An example of a good retailing store could be CARTIER, everything in the inside is planned for you to be comfortable, colorful, but not to much, a lot of mirrors and the people who attend you are shining.

ResponderBorrarExplain how important it is for the retail store to work with the atmosphere. What elements do you think can attract the most customer service?
The entrance to a building consists of connecting worlds. It is that moment of peace between the busy public outside and the inner world, more private and branded. Nowhere is this moment more important than in retail. Living in a society like ours clients need that quiet moment to reset their mind and mood to the world they are about to enter. Manual and automatic revolving doors can create this atmosphere for your customers.
Our retail entrance solutions are used in large shopping malls and high-end stores and boutiques, supermarkets and distribution centers, as well as in warehouses and specialty stores. Over the years we have seen the world and the facades evolve. With the growing importance of sustainability, safety and technology, the entrance has become a way to monitor the movement of people, a means to entertain and inform them, as well as a vehicle, to ensure the safety of personnel and buyers in this very public environment. I believe that the elements for the environment are the ones that could most attract customers because they are the ones that today are looking to the future because today people need to take care of the environment and that is why I believe that the elements and products that take care of the environment are the most important.

For me, is not only important for the retailing stores to work with atmospheric, is essential now more than ever whit all the growing of the e-commerce, the physical stores such as Liverpool or Sears need to improve and perfection the use of every tool they can have, and also to adapt and improve in the e-commerce itself so they don’t just depend on the use of atmospherics, but of course the strong point of retiling stores are the physical stores, so in order to maximize their profit is extremely important to conduct studies or pay for results in order to build a better store and help the costumers to start spending money in your products, because as the Sway says marketing and sales complement each other and the tools we can use to facilitate the process sale will increase the chances to close a deal a create a positive perspective for our customers. ResponderBorrarA) Explain how important is for retailing store to work with atmospherics. What elements do you consider can bring more attention to the customer?
To explain why it is important for retailing stores to work with atmospherics, first we have to know what it is. A store atmosphere includes the physical characteristics of a retail store used to create an image to attract customers. It's also known as atmospherics for short. It is a direct contributor to the customer experience, which is important to developing your brand and how your brand is perceived. So of course this is extremely important for the retailer to be succsesful, and also if you're thinking about opening up a business of any kind, it's imperative that you remember the role your store's atmosphere can play in its success. Customers not only care about how a store looks and feels, but also they're likely to make purchasing decisions based on the ambiance of the establishments they patronize. If you want to make more sales, attract new customers, and retain existing ones, take pride in how your business looks.
When creating the ambiance of your store, it's important to keep in mind who your desired clients are. If your target patrons are teens, you'll likely want to have bright colors and upbeat pop music playing in your store. Lighting and trendy fixtures may be all you need to create a hip atmosphere for young customers. If you own an antique store and want an ambiance that reflects that, you might choose to go with dimmer lights. And in this case, it might be acceptable to customers to have a bit more crowding on the store floor to show off an abundance of antique items. Regardless of the saying, people do judge a book by its cover, and will judge a store by its atmosphere. If you want patrons to spend more time and money in your store, create an ambiance they will enjoy.

ResponderBorrarAtmospheric is an important element in the retailing, it can set an attractive environment for the costumer and it can establish positive feelings of excitement, curiosity, and comfort. Atmospheric changes to a stores environment will influence the customers mood or feeling for that retailer. Atmospherics is used to create environments and influence behaviors of shoppers. It is a form of marketing that shows your customers who you are and what you sell. The way you present your store can shape shopper habits and increase sales. It can act as the trigger that leads in-store customers to make a purchase or make a larger purchase, so this is how we know what do we need to do for the customers we want to reach in order to satisfy their needs.
A bad experience that I had happened some time ago, I wanted to buy a home theater in order to listen the movies with a better quality but when I tried the speakers they even turned on… I called to the store so I can get a new one but they said that there was no warranty of this because I opened it and installed it, it didn’t make sense so I told them that I was going to call the PROFECO, but finally we reach the agreement of giving me my money back. They did a bad job by trying to sell me something that wasn’t workin and not giving me a change of it. The customer need to be happy and comfortable with your services!!!

Explain how important is for retailing store to work with atmospherics. What elements do you consider can bring more attention to the customer?
ResponderBorrarAtmospheric retail is the manipulation of the looks of the store like color, lights, sound and design of the store, all these aspects influence in a subconscious level the customer on whether they buy there or not. The atmosphere of the store will also affect the mood or feelings of the customer in said retail store. There is a branch in psychology that studies this, it’s called environmental psychology. Environmental psychology says that shoppers will only have to responses based on the atmosphere, approach or avoidance; these two responses lead to four different outcomes: a desire to stay or leave; a desire to explore and interact or a tendency to want to leave and not explore the store; a desire to communicate with others or to ignore them; and feelings of satisfaction or dissatisfaction.
It is important to consider your target market because based on your target market you can atmosphere the store. The elements that bring more attention to customers are music and there are some variables to consider when playing music like the age of the shopper, the tempo of the music, the volume of the music, the shopper’s music preference and familiarity to the music, the use of background and foreground music can all have a significant impact on a shopper’s behavior and purchasing decisions. The colors of the store will focus on the mood and feelings of the customer. And lastly, scent, the scent of the store will attract customer who are not currently in the store. Scents are an extremely important atmospheric variable for retailers to focus on because they can create positive and negative shopping behaviors from shoppers.

Present a personal example of how one retailer has caused a negative impression. Why do you think they have not worked correctly in this matter? What proposal can you deliver to the company as a suggestion?
I think it would be a personal example with oxxo, there have been several times when they really have terrible customer service, and that really is a very bad impression
The truth is that I feel that they have not worked correctly or rather they have not worked in that part because as it is already a well-known and super accessible industry, there really isn't a corner where you can't find an oxxo. Nowadays it’s a need, so I feel that they are not so interested in improving that part because, as I said before, they already have clients, they do not need to attract more.
I would advise them to really work that part because it is really horrible to have terrible customer service, so you are not doing them a favor so the least they would have to have would be good service. When you go to a store where you receive good customer service, you even want to go back.

A) Explain how important it is for a retailing store to work with atmospherics. What elements do you consider can bring more attention to the customer?
Retail atmospherics are a tool that retail stores use to draw attention to their particular business. These are store factors such as display design and fixtures, flooring, smell, store lighting and temperature, music, wall coverings, and other elements of a store's ambience, which can be controlled by a retailer to influence the consumer's buying mood. Which is important because this determines whether or not the customer will be spending money in your store or not. These atmospheric elements are used by big retail stores to make an identity for the physical store and set it apart from competitors. This could be a particular smell belonging exclusively to that particular retail brand, scents or aromas designed to excite and entice the shopper, or a store set up that becomes familiar to the customers no matter what subsidiary they’re in. Staging is important, catching the attention of the customer and drawing it to specific items and making them want to look further into the store, the location of pricing information or other signage. Music to inspire, sooth, or stimulate. But one drawback this can have if one is overly aggressive with the use of atmospherics intimidating or driving potential customers away.

ResponderBorrarFor retail stores, working with the business atmosphere is incredibly important thanks to the base of their products and their sales on other business, if they are not connected or receive products, their business goes bankrupt. These businesses usually work with shoes since lately the "hype beast sneackers" have been a sensation and many retailers around the world continue to invest in this due to its high percentage of profit.
The five essential customer service elements that make the customers feel attracted to your business, this elements are the respect to the customers which actually pay our salaries and make our profits for us, you should Make them feel important and appreciated and treat them as individuals, not ciphers. This is maybe the base to have good and loyal customers. But there are another four which are also extremely important, like Understanding, which identify, and anticipate needs. Customers don’t really buy products or services; they buy solutions to problems; Listening, which make you keep your ears and eyes open. Hear what the market is saying, open dialogues, and be a good listener; Responding that makes you respond positively. This is not to say that you have to change your entire business model or product line to suit the demands of various customers and the last essential Custtomer service that helps you get the attention of the customer is Serving, which means fulfilling your promises.

ResponderBorrarA) Explain how important it is for the retail store to work with the atmosphere. What elements do you think can attract more customer attention?
I believe that it is very important that every retail or large store works to improve the atmosphere and the environment. It is very important to take care of our surroundings because we only have one planet. It is very important to use recyclable bags and reuse what you can.
I believe that a customer can be attracted if the stores are eco-friendly and their products are natural and good for what they are needed. For example: using chemicals in a cosmetic brand can create a chemical reaction in the body that causes pimples or some type of acne that is harmful to the body or face of customers.
They also have to be very up-to-date on the products that are in fashion or that are most in demand by society or by the group to which the product is directed.
B) Present a personal example of how a retailer has made a negative impression. Why do you think they have not worked properly in this matter? What proposal can you submit to the company as a suggestion?
Once I bought wax to remove hair from an Instagram store in Mérida. The store sold me their wax and since my cousin had already bought the heater so I started to wax. After a while I noticed that it was irritating me and it was darkening the areas in which I was waxing.
I think all of this happened to me because I was not applying the wax properly and this caused the irritation.
I had to research and watch a lot of videos to know what to do correctly with the wax and how to apply it.
I sent him a proposal to the page to add a waxing course every time you buy wax so that other people know how to wax. The page answered and I helped her make the videos and this was very useful for the other buyers that I did not have any other problem with the wax.
